Strategic Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive customer experience (CX) strategy across all digital touchpoints.
  • Leverage data analytics to understand user behavior and improve engagement.
  • Oversee UX/UI improvements for mobile and web-based financial platforms.
  • Implement personalization strategies using AI-driven insights and behavioral segmentation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate CX enhancements into platform development.

Operational Scope

  • Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and engagement KPIs.
  • Design customer journeys that are seamless, secure, and user-friendly.
  • Lead initiatives to improve onboarding, transaction experience, and support systems.

Required Expertise

  • Strong background in customer experience, digital product management, or fintech engagement strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, and user behavior tracking platforms.
  • Ability to translate customer insights into actionable improvements.

Professional Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in fintech, digital platforms, or customer experience leadership.
  • Proven track record of enhancing user engagement and retention.
