An internationally recognized financial technology organization is seeking an exceptional Global Head of FinTech Ecosystem Expansion to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and selected international markets.
This is a high-impact executive opportunity for a commercially astute leader who can cultivate strategic alliances, unlock new revenue streams, and accelerate the adoption of innovative financial technologies. The successful candidate will shape regional expansion strategies while collaborating with regulators, financial institutions, technology partners, and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional and international fintech expansion strategies.
- Build strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, telecom operators, and enterprise organizations.
- Identify emerging market opportunities through advanced competitive intelligence.
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning business development, product, engineering, and compliance.
- Drive ecosystem growth through API partnerships and digital financial integration.
- Oversee commercial negotiations and strategic investment opportunities.
- Establish performance metrics and executive reporting frameworks.
- Represent the organization at international fintech conferences and executive forums.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent executive qualification preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Strong expertise in partnership development, strategic planning, and market expansion.
- Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
