Executive Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale operational transformation.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, digital banking infrastructure, and operational governance.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills.
