An internationally established financial technology organization is seeking an accomplished Executive Vice President – FinTech Ecosystem & Digital Commerce to lead the strategic expansion of integrated financial solutions across the Gulf region and international markets.
This executive leadership opportunity is ideal for a visionary professional capable of building large-scale commercial ecosystems, driving digital transformation, and developing strategic alliances that accelerate financial inclusion, payment innovation, and sustainable business growth.
Reporting directly to the executive board, you will shape long-term corporate strategy while leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for product innovation, enterprise technology, strategic partnerships, and commercial performance.
Executive Responsibilities
- Define enterprise growth strategies for digital financial ecosystems.
- Lead commercialization of embedded finance and digital commerce solutions.
- Build strategic alliances with banks, payment providers, retailers, and technology partners.
- Oversee digital transformation programmes across regional markets.
- Direct enterprise product innovation and commercial expansion.
- Evaluate investment opportunities in emerging financial technologies.
- Lead executive governance, budgeting, and performance management.
- Present strategic initiatives to board committees and investors.
- Drive customer-centric innovation and operational excellence.
- Build high-performing executive leadership teams.
Executive Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of leadership experience within fintech, digital banking, or financial services.
- Proven record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and executive communication capabilities.
