An innovative financial technology enterprise is looking for a visionary Director – Customer Experience & Digital Financial Products to lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of customer-focused financial products.
You will oversee multidisciplinary teams responsible for product innovation, customer research, digital engagement, service optimization, and commercial growth while ensuring every financial interaction is intuitive, secure, and seamless.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise product vision and long-term customer experience strategy.

Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fintech product management or digital banking.
- Proven success leading customer-centric digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, analytics, and financial technology.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
