We are seeking an accomplished FinTech Engineering Specialist – Digital Banking & Payment Innovation to develop enterprise-grade financial applications that power seamless digital payments, banking services, merchant ecosystems, and intelligent financial experiences across regional and international markets.
This role offers the opportunity to work with highly skilled software architects, AI engineers, cloud specialists, and cybersecurity professionals on platforms processing millions of secure financial transactions daily.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development
- Design and develop secure enterprise fintech applications.
- Build scalable microservices for payment orchestration.
- Develop high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Engineer cloud-native financial platforms supporting digital banking.
Engineering Excellence
- Optimize application performance and transaction throughput.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architecture governance and design reviews.
- Build reusable software components and development frameworks.
Collaboration
- Partner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and product teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical coaching.
- Promote software engineering best practices across development teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 6 years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Spring Boot, .NET Core, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud computing.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and Infrastructure as Code.
