Position Summary
An internationally expanding financial technology company is seeking a commercially driven Global Director – Embedded Finance Solutions & Digital Commerce to build innovative financial experiences across digital marketplaces, enterprise platforms, retail ecosystems, and business applications.
The successful leader will oversee embedded lending, digital wallets, merchant finance, payment APIs, and strategic banking partnerships while delivering seamless financial services integrated directly into customer journeys.
Primary Responsibilities
Innovation & Product Development
- Design embedded finance strategies.
- Lead digital wallet expansion.
- Develop merchant financing solutions.
- Build API-enabled financial services.
Business Growth
- Create partnerships with banks and enterprise merchants.
- Expand commercial ecosystems across the GCC.
- Drive customer acquisition initiatives.
- Develop revenue optimization strategies.
Leadership
- Lead multidisciplinary commercial and product teams.
- Present strategic recommendations to executive management.
- Represent the organization at fintech and digital commerce events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Financial Technology.
- Minimum 13 years of leadership experience.
- Strong embedded finance or digital payments background.
- Proven commercial negotiation expertise.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
