About the Role

What You Will Be Responsible For

As a UX & Service Quality Analyst, you will observe how users interact with digital financial products, identify pain points, and recommend improvements that enhance usability and satisfaction. You will work closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure continuous service improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user journeys across fintech platforms to identify friction points.
  • Monitor service quality metrics such as response times, error rates, and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct usability reviews and support testing of new features.
  • Collect and interpret user feedback to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement UX enhancements.
  • Ensure digital services align with Qatar’s fintech standards and expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in UX analysis, service quality, or digital product environments.
  • Strong analytical and observational skills.
