Fintech Treasury & Liquidity Analyst – Digital Financial Operations (Saudi Arabia)
Position Purpose
To manage and optimize liquidity, cash flow, and financial positioning within a fintech environment where transaction velocity and capital efficiency are critical. This role ensures that financial operations remain stable, responsive, and strategically aligned with business growth.
Functional Responsibilities
Liquidity Management
- Monitor daily cash positions across accounts, wallets, and payment channels.
- Forecast liquidity needs based on transaction volumes and business growth projections.
Treasury Operations
- Execute fund transfers, settlements, and capital allocation strategies.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Produce detailed reports on cash flow, liquidity ratios, and financial performance.
- Provide insights to support strategic financial decision-making.
Risk Management
- Identify liquidity risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure financial stability during periods of high transaction volume or market fluctuation.
Technical & Analytical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and treasury management systems.
- Understanding of payment flows, settlement cycles, and fintech financial structures.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
Experience Profile
- 4–8 years in treasury, finance, or fintech operations.
- Experience in high-growth or transaction-heavy environments is advantageous.

- Liquidity efficiency and optimization
