Position Overview
A rapidly expanding financial innovation organization is looking for an experienced Fintech Strategy Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives and develop future-ready financial technology strategies. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimize digital financial ecosystems, and deliver high-impact consulting engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise fintech transformation strategies.
- Evaluate digital banking and financial technology opportunities.
- Perform market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Assess operational processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Support the development of digital payment and financial service solutions.
- Prepare executive-level business cases and strategic recommendations.
- Facilitate strategic planning workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct financial and operational impact assessments.
- Collaborate with technology, product, compliance, and operations teams.
- Monitor fintech industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Support project governance and transformation initiatives.
- Deliver high-quality consulting documentation and client presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in fintech strategy, management consulting, or financial services transformation.
- Strong knowledge of digital banking, payments, financial innovation, and financial technology ecosystems.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills.
- Outstanding presentation and executive communication abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional leadership teams.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are highly desirable.
