Position: Remote Fintech SME Lending Product Manager
Location: State of Kuwait (Remote)
Role Summary
This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) lending products, from concept development to market expansion, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Lifecycle Value Chain
Stage 1: Opportunity Identification
- Analyze SME market needs and identify gaps in access to financing.
- Evaluate demand for different lending products such as working capital loans and credit lines.
Stage 2: Product Development
- Design lending products with appropriate terms, pricing structures, and repayment models.
- Collaborate with risk teams to ensure balanced credit policies.
Stage 3: Platform Integration
- Work with technology teams to integrate lending products into digital platforms.
- Ensure seamless application, approval, and disbursement processes.
Stage 4: Market Launch & Adoption
- Develop strategies to drive product adoption among SMEs.
- Monitor customer onboarding and usage trends.
Stage 5: Performance Management
- Track portfolio performance including repayment rates and profitability.
- Optimize product features to improve customer experience and outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in lending products, fintech product management, or SME financing.
- Strong understanding of credit processes and financial product structuring.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.
Performance Indicators
- Growth in SME lending portfolio.
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.
- Product profitability and risk levels.
