Revenue & Profitability Optimization

• Ensure lending activities generate sustainable financial returns.
• Optimize pricing and loan structures.

Customer Value Enhancement

• Improve borrower experience across application, approval, and repayment stages.
• Build long-term relationships with SME clients.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage SME lending portfolios and growth strategies.
• Analyze portfolio performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with risk and operations teams to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and adapt lending approaches.

Required Competencies
