Position: Remote Fintech Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Analyst
Location: United Arab Emirates (Remote)
Role Objective
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting of financial and operational data to regulatory bodies, while maintaining internal controls and governance frameworks within a fintech environment.
Functional Segments
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit reports covering transactions, financial positions, and operational metrics.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data.
Compliance Monitoring
- Track regulatory requirements and ensure organizational adherence.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Data Validation & Integrity
- Validate data used in reporting processes.
- Maintain consistency across systems and reporting outputs.
Audit & Documentation
- Support internal and external audits with comprehensive documentation and evidence.
- Maintain audit trails and ensure traceability of financial data.
Process Enhancement
- Improve reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Implement automation where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, or financial analysis within fintech or banking.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of financial regulations.
- Ability to manage complex datasets and reporting requirements.
Performance Indicators
- Timeliness and accuracy of regulatory submissions.
- Compliance adherence levels.
- Efficiency of reporting processes.
