You will work at the intersection of product, operations, and technical support, ensuring seamless delivery of fintech services.
Product Implementation
- Support rollout of new fintech products and features
- Coordinate implementation timelines and deliverables
- Ensure readiness across operational and technical teams
Operational Support
- Provide ongoing support for live fintech products
- Resolve operational issues and user-reported problems
- Monitor system performance and reliability
User & Stakeholder Assistance
- Assist internal teams and external users with product-related queries
- Provide training or guidance on product usage
- Maintain clear communication channels
Continuous Improvement
- Gather feedback on product performance
- Identify areas for enhancement
- Collaborate with product teams to implement improvements
Required Experience
- 3–6 years in fintech, product support, or financial operations
- Experience with digital financial products or platforms
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Technical Exposure
- Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with fintech platforms and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
