Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, the Operations Manager will play a key role in improving workflows, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational resilience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operational activities across multiple business functions.

  • Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in operations management within banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with operational performance management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
