Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail and commercial banking customers.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services.
- Manage customer portfolios to maximize satisfaction and profitability.
- Promote deposit products, lending solutions, credit facilities, cards, and digital banking services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve customer acquisition and portfolio growth objectives.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare customer financial reviews and relationship reports.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, compliance, and product teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complex service requests promptly.
- Monitor market developments affecting customer portfolios.
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM and banking records.
- Participate in business networking and client engagement activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in relationship management, retail banking, commercial banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and customer portfolio management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and advisory capabilities.
