Position: Remote Fintech Product Growth & User Experience Manager

Role Purpose
This role combines strategic product growth planning with hands-on execution of user experience improvements across digital financial platforms. The objective is to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through optimized fintech product design.
Layer 1: Strategic Responsibilities
- Define product growth strategies aligned with market trends
- Identify opportunities to expand user base and increase engagement
- Analyze competitor offerings within Qatar’s fintech landscape
- Develop long-term product roadmaps focused on user-centric innovation
Layer 2: Execution Responsibilities
- Work with design and engineering teams to improve user interfaces
- Optimize onboarding flows and transaction processes
- Analyze user behavior data to refine product features
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate product changes
Performance Indicators
- Growth in active users and transaction volumes
- Improvement in customer retention rates
- Reduction in user drop-off during onboarding
- Enhanced user satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in fintech product management or digital platforms
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Experience with analytics tools and product performance metrics
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
