Role Overview
As a Product Experience Manager, you will design and refine the end-to-end user journey across fintech products. Your work will ensure that digital banking platforms are intuitive, efficient, and engaging, driving both adoption and long-term usage.

Core Responsibilities
User Journey Design
- Map and optimize customer journeys across digital financial products.
- Identify friction points and implement seamless solutions.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability and functionality.
- Introduce features that enhance engagement and retention.
Customer Insight Analysis
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and engagement metrics.
- Translate insights into actionable product improvements.
Experience Innovation
- Explore new ways to enhance digital financial interactions.
- Implement design strategies that differentiate products in competitive markets.
Required Competencies
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles within fintech environments.
- Ability to combine data analysis with creative problem-solving.
- Experience in digital product management or user experience design.
Experience Profile
- 5–9 years in product management, UX, or fintech platforms.
Impact Statement
