Role Overview
A technically proficient Platform Integration Specialist is required to ensure seamless connectivity between fintech platforms, banking systems, and third-party service providers. This role combines technical integration expertise with operational coordination, making it critical to the smooth functioning of digital financial services.
Primary Responsibilities
System Integration
- Design and manage integrations between fintech platforms and external systems using APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ensure data consistency, system compatibility, and secure communication between platforms.
Payment Infrastructure Support
- Integrate payment gateways, digital wallets, and banking interfaces.
- Troubleshoot transaction errors and ensure smooth processing across systems.
Technical Coordination
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement integration solutions.
- Collaborate with partners to align technical requirements and deployment timelines.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and integration efficiency.
- Optimize workflows to reduce latency and improve transaction success rates.
Technical Skills Required
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and system integration tools.
- Understanding of payment processing systems and fintech architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and basic scripting.
Experience Requirements
- 4–7 years in fintech integration, software implementation, or technical support roles.
- Experience working with financial systems or payment platforms.
