Role Operating Model

This role is structured around a three-layer operating model designed to ensure seamless execution of fintech payment services:

  1. Service Delivery Layer
  2. Operational Control Layer
  3. Continuous Improvement Layer

 Service Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of payment services, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high availability of payment systems across all digital channels.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

 Operational Control

  • Implement monitoring systems to track transaction performance and identify anomalies.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and compliance requirements.
  • Manage incident response processes to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Introduce enhancements to optimize workflows and system performance.
  • Drive innovation in payment operations to support growth and scalability.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage daily payment operations and service delivery performance.
  • Ensure system reliability and transaction accuracy.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Competencies
