Ecosystem Context
Fintech growth is increasingly driven by collaboration rather than isolation. This role focuses on building and managing a network of partnerships that enable financial services to scale across platforms, industries, and customer segments.
Role Objective
To develop and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the reach, capability, and value proposition of fintech solutions within Bahrain’s financial ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Identify potential partners including banks, fintech platforms, and digital service providers.
- Structure partnerships that create mutual value and expand service offerings.
Alliance Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
- Ensure alignment on objectives, performance, and collaboration outcomes.
Ecosystem Expansion
- Explore opportunities to integrate fintech services into new industries and digital platforms.
- Support the development of API-driven partnerships and embedded finance solutions.
Commercial Strategy
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing models, and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Monitor performance and optimize partnership outcomes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of fintech ecosystems, partnerships, and business development strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on strategic growth opportunities.
Experience Profile
- 5–9 years in partnerships, business development, or fintech strategy.
- Experience working within financial services or digital platforms.
