Role Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating the onboarding of clients and partners onto fintech platforms while ensuring full compliance with UAE regulatory standards. The role requires a structured approach to project execution and milestone tracking.
Project Milestones & Workflow
Documentation Collection
- Gather client documentation for verification and compliance checks.
- Verify documents against regulatory requirements.
- Ensure completeness before proceeding to onboarding.
System Setup
- Configure client profiles in fintech platforms.
- Assign user permissions and access levels.
- Test system readiness before live activation.
Compliance Verification
- Conduct AML/KYC checks on clients and partners.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to address discrepancies.
- Approve client onboarding only after full verification.
Go-Live & Support
- Activate accounts and monitor initial activity.
- Provide troubleshooting support during early usage.
- Document lessons learned and improve onboarding processes.
Experience Requirements
- 4–8 years in fintech operations, compliance coordination, or project management.
- Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks and KYC/AML processes.
