Role Summary
The Fintech Merchant Acquisition & Partnerships Manager is responsible for expanding the network of merchants and partners using digital payment and financial solutions. This role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving adoption of fintech products, and supporting revenue growth through partnerships.
Role Objectives
- Increase merchant adoption of fintech payment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses and financial institutions.
- Support growth of digital payment ecosystems within the Qatar market.
Detailed Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new merchants across various sectors.
- Present fintech solutions and demonstrate value propositions.
- Negotiate partnership terms and agreements.
Partnership Management
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for expanding collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partner requirements.
Market Development
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategies to increase product adoption among target segments.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Tracking
- Track merchant acquisition metrics and revenue growth.
- Prepare reports on partnership performance and market expansion.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years in business development, partnerships, or fintech sales.
- Strong understanding of digital payments and financial products.
- Experience working with merchants, SMEs, or financial institutions.
