This role is defined by the orchestration of interconnected financial ecosystems, enabling fintech platforms to expand through partnerships, integrations, and collaborative innovation.
Strategic Objective
To design and execute a scalable ecosystem expansion strategy, connecting financial institutions, technology providers, and digital platforms into a cohesive and high-value network.
Ecosystem Orchestration Layers
Layer 1: Partnership Architecture Design
- Identify and structure strategic partnerships across fintech and financial institutions.
- Define integration models and collaboration frameworks.
Layer 2: Platform Expansion Strategy
- Expand platform capabilities through integrations and ecosystem growth.
- Enable new financial services via partnerships.
Layer 3: Open Finance Enablement
- Promote interoperability and data-sharing frameworks.
- Support open banking and open finance initiatives.
Layer 4: Value Network Optimization
- Ensure all ecosystem participants derive measurable value.
- Optimize collaboration efficiency and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead ecosystem partnership development and management.
- Design integration and expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and strategy teams.
- Monitor ecosystem performance and optimize outcomes.
Required Competencies

- 8–15 years in fintech strategy, partnerships, or platform development roles.
