Role Overview
This role is designed around full lifecycle ownership of digital wallet operations, ensuring that every stage—from wallet creation to transaction execution and account maintenance—is managed with precision, efficiency, and reliability. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital payment ecosystems and customer wallet behavior.
End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership
Wallet Creation & User Activation
- Oversee onboarding of new wallet users
- Validate identity and ensure proper account setup
- Monitor activation success rates and resolve onboarding friction
Funding & Balance Management
- Ensure accurate processing of wallet funding transactions
- Monitor inflows and outflows
- Maintain consistency of wallet balances across systems
Transaction Processing & Execution
- Oversee payment transactions, transfers, and withdrawals
- Ensure high success rates and minimal transaction failure
- Monitor transaction latency and performance
Wallet Maintenance & Issue Resolution
- Handle user-reported issues and operational discrepancies
- Ensure timely resolution of transaction disputes
- Maintain wallet integrity and operational continuity
Reporting & Lifecycle Optimization
- Track wallet usage metrics and performance
- Identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
- Generate lifecycle performance reports
Extended Responsibilities
- Collaborate with payment, compliance, and product teams
- Improve wallet user experience and operational workflows
- Support regulatory adherence within digital payments
Required Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in digital payments, wallet systems, or fintech operations
- Strong understanding of transaction lifecycle management
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage end-to-end processes remotely
