Innovation Pipeline
Ideation & Opportunity Mapping
- Identify opportunities to enhance wallet usage through new features and services.
- Analyze user behavior to uncover engagement gaps and growth potential.
Feature Development
- Define and develop features such as peer-to-peer transfers, bill payments, and merchant integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
User Experience Optimization
- Improve onboarding, navigation, and transaction flows.
- Reduce friction points and enhance usability.
Growth & Adoption
- Design campaigns and strategies to increase user acquisition and retention.
- Expand wallet usage across different payment scenarios and customer segments.
Scaling & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance metrics and refine strategies.
- Introduce enhancements aligned with evolving fintech trends.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in digital wallets, fintech growth strategies, or product management.
- Strong understanding of user behavior and engagement metrics.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
