Role Purpose
This role combines strategic oversight and operational execution to manage digital lending processes, optimize credit strategies, and ensure sustainable portfolio growth within fintech platforms.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and refine credit policies and lending strategies.
- Analyze market trends to identify lending opportunities.
- Balance risk and growth to ensure portfolio sustainability.
Tactical Responsibilities
Loan Processing Operations
- Oversee end-to-end loan application processing.
- Ensure timely approvals and disbursements.
Credit Assessment
- Evaluate borrower profiles and creditworthiness.
- Implement risk-based decision frameworks.
Portfolio Monitoring
- Track loan performance, repayment trends, and default rates.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data.
Risk Management
- Identify potential credit risks and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain financial regulations.
Key Deliverables
- Improved loan approval efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in lending, credit risk, or fintech operations.
- Strong understanding of digital lending models.
