Position: Fintech Process Optimization & Automation Specialist
Location: Remote (Bahrain Market Focus)

The Challenge
Fintech operations often face inefficiencies in transaction processing, reconciliation, customer onboarding, and reporting workflows. Manual processes, system fragmentation, and data inconsistencies can lead to delays, errors, and increased operational costs.
The Objective
To identify inefficiencies across fintech operations and design automated, scalable solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency within Bahrain’s financial ecosystem.
Your Approach
Step 1: Process Diagnosis
- Analyze existing workflows across payments, onboarding, and reporting systems.
- Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
- Map end-to-end processes for clarity and optimization opportunities.
Step 2: Solution Design
- Develop automation strategies using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Propose system enhancements to improve workflow efficiency.
- Design scalable solutions aligned with fintech operational needs.
Step 3: Implementation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy automation tools.
- Integrate solutions into existing fintech platforms.
- Ensure minimal disruption during system upgrades.
Step 4: Continuous Improvement
- Monitor performance improvements post-implementation.
- Refine processes based on feedback and performance data.
- Maintain documentation for future optimization initiatives.
Required Experience
- 5–9 years in fintech operations, process improvement, or automation roles.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and system integration.
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as payments and reconciliation.
