The Fintech Digital Onboarding & KYC Operations Specialist is responsible for managing customer onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with KYC requirements, and delivering a seamless user experience across digital financial platforms.

Customer Onboarding Management
- Handle end-to-end onboarding processes for new users.
- Verify customer identity and documentation.
- Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding experiences.
KYC & Compliance Execution
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in line with Oman regulations.
- Monitor onboarding activities for compliance risks.
- Maintain accurate and secure customer records.
Operational Efficiency
- Identify and resolve onboarding delays or issues.
- Improve onboarding workflows to enhance user experience.
- Support automation of onboarding processes where possible.
Data Management
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of customer data.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of sensitive information.
- Generate reports on onboarding performance and compliance metrics.
