Role Overview
The Fintech Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all financial activities, reports, and operational processes comply with regulatory requirements within Qatar’s financial ecosystem. This role emphasizes governance, transparency, and adherence to evolving fintech compliance standards.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Regulatory Reporting
- Prepare and submit periodic regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial disclosures.
- Maintain standardized reporting frameworks across fintech operations.
Compliance Oversight
- Develop and implement compliance policies aligned with Qatar financial regulations.
- Monitor adherence to AML, KYC, and transaction monitoring requirements.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and risk assessments.
Policy Development
- Design internal policies governing financial operations and reporting standards.
- Update compliance frameworks in response to regulatory changes.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on regulatory obligations.
Audit Coordination
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective measures.
- Maintain audit trails and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in compliance, regulatory reporting, or fintech governance.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
