Your day begins with a review of real-time financial dashboards, tracking user transactions, payment behaviors, and platform engagement across multiple fintech products. Patterns begin to emerge—subtle shifts in transaction frequency, regional usage spikes, and behavioral anomalies.
By mid-morning, you’re collaborating with data engineers to refine a predictive analytics model designed to forecast customer financial behavior. Your goal is not just to interpret data, but to transform it into actionable intelligence that informs strategic decisions.
In the afternoon, you present insights to product teams—highlighting opportunities to improve user retention, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance financial product offerings.
Later, you work on refining machine learning models, ensuring that the system continuously adapts to new data inputs and evolving financial behaviors.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial data analytics frameworks
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence
- Build predictive models for customer behavior and financial trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data insights with product strategies

Technical Expertise

Professional Profile
- 5–9 years in fintech data analytics or financial intelligence roles
- Experience working with large-scale financial datasets
