Role Title: Remote Fintech Compliance & Regulatory Intelligence Analyst

Location: Remote (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)

Role Mission

To interpret, operationalize, and continuously monitor regulatory frameworks affecting fintech operations, ensuring that financial technologies remain compliant, adaptive, and audit-ready within evolving GCC regulatory landscapes.

Operational Playbook

 Regulatory Intelligence Acquisition

• Monitor regional and international financial regulations impacting fintech
• Analyze regulatory updates and translate them into actionable insights
• Maintain a structured repository of compliance requirements

 Policy Translation & Implementation

• Convert regulatory frameworks into internal operational policies
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to embed compliance controls
• Ensure alignment between fintech systems and regulatory expectations

 Risk Assessment & Monitoring

• Conduct compliance risk assessments across fintech products
• Identify regulatory gaps and propose mitigation strategies
• Monitor ongoing adherence to financial regulations

 Audit Readiness & Reporting

• Prepare documentation for regulatory audits and reviews
• Maintain compliance reports and internal control frameworks
• Support external regulatory engagements when required

Core Competencies

• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk management
• Ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents
• Experience with fintech governance, AML frameworks, and data protection policies

Professional Requirements

• 5–9 years in fintech compliance, risk, or regulatory analysis
• Experience working within regulated financial environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
