Position: Remote Fintech Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Product Manager
Location: State of Kuwait (Remote)
Role Overview
This role leads the development and growth of Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions, enabling customers to access flexible payment options while ensuring sustainable product performance and risk management.
Product Evolution Roadmap
Phase 1: Launch
- Define BNPL product structure including credit limits, repayment schedules, and pricing models.
- Coordinate with risk teams to establish credit assessment criteria.
- Launch product within digital platforms and ensure readiness for user adoption.
Phase 2: Scale
- Drive adoption through targeted strategies and partnerships.
- Expand merchant acceptance and integration across platforms.
- Monitor user engagement and optimize onboarding processes.
Phase 3: Maturity
- Refine product features to improve customer experience and retention.
- Manage portfolio performance including repayment rates and profitability.
- Introduce enhancements aligned with evolving market trends.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in consumer lending, fintech product management, or payment solutions.
- Strong understanding of credit risk and financial product design.
- Ability to manage product lifecycle and growth strategies.
Performance Metrics
- Growth in BNPL user base.
- Repayment and default rates.
- Merchant adoption and transaction volumes.
