Role Summary
This role is divided into modular responsibility blocks, focusing on the integration, maintenance, and operational stability of fintech APIs and payment systems. The position requires coordination between technical and operational functions.
Modular Responsibility Blocks
API Integration Management
- Coordinate integration of APIs with external partners
- Ensure successful connection between systems
- Monitor integration performance and stability
Payment System Operations
- Oversee transaction processing within integrated systems
- Ensure high availability and reliability
- Maintain system performance standards
Error Detection & Troubleshooting
- Identify API failures and transaction issues
- Diagnose root causes
- Implement solutions to resolve errors
System Updates & Enhancements
- Support updates to APIs and payment systems
- Ensure compatibility with new features
- Maintain system efficiency
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain documentation of integrations
- Generate operational reports
- Provide insights on system performance
Extended Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams
- Improve integration workflows
- Support scalability of fintech systems
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in API integration, payment systems, or fintech operations
- Understanding of system integrations and transaction flows
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely with structured coordination
