Competency Ladder
Operational Analytics
- Track transaction volumes, success rates, and error patterns.
- Generate daily operational dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Assist teams with immediate decision-making based on analytics.
Advanced Analytical Insights
- Identify patterns in transaction data to predict risk or optimize processes.
- Develop reports and visualizations to guide mid-level management.
- Recommend adjustments to workflows, processes, or products.
Strategic Decision Support
- Support leadership with predictive insights for risk and growth.
- Contribute to policy development for financial operations and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate on long-term fintech product and service strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze fintech operational data.
- Support decision-making using structured insights.
- Prepare dashboards and reporting tools for management.

Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years in fintech analytics, operational reporting, or risk analysis.
- Knowledge of financial data systems and reporting tools.
