This organization is developing adaptive financial ecosystems integrating AI-powered utility transaction analytics systems, predictive sustainability-finance intelligence frameworks, intelligent customer onboarding environments, cloud-native infrastructure-finance architectures, embedded energy-payment ecosystems, enterprise operational visibility systems, and scalable green-finance platforms supporting renewable-energy providers, utility ecosystems, infrastructure operators, and multinational sustainability initiatives.
The role is tailored for commercially intelligent fintech professionals capable of combining sustainable-finance modernization, predictive analytics engineering, operational scalability governance, and customer payment transformation into sustainable next-generation energy-finance ecosystems.
The selected candidate will lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives involving utility-payment infrastructures, customer finance ecosystems, operational transaction visibility systems, and intelligent sustainability-finance frameworks.
Strategic Role Summary
The Executive Senior Director – Fintech Smart Energy Payments & Sustainable Infrastructure Finance Platforms will supervise enterprise modernization involving energy-finance infrastructures, embedded utility-payment ecosystems, operational analytics systems, and enterprise transaction scalability frameworks.
This role combines fintech commercial leadership, sustainability-finance strategy, operational modernization governance, and intelligent energy-payment transformation.

- Lead enterprise utility-payment modernization and sustainable-finance transformation initiatives
- Develop scalable customer onboarding and financial engagement frameworks
- Build AI-powered utility transaction intelligence systems improving operational visibility and financial optimization
- Coordinate digital infrastructure-payment modernization and enterprise sustainability-finance transformation programs
- Improve customer financial accessibility and operational transaction continuity ecosystems
- Collaborate with analytics, engineering, operations, infrastructure, and product teams
- Strengthen embedded energy-finance ecosystems and enterprise payment interoperability infrastructures
- Conduct commercial analysis identifying future sustainability-finance expansion opportunities
- Support enterprise scalability initiatives through intelligent infrastructure-finance modernization strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies shaping future energy-finance ecosystems
- Supervise operational reporting and enterprise customer optimization initiatives
- Mentor multidisciplinary sustainability-finance modernization and engagement teams
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 7–15 years of experience in fintech ecosystems, utility-payment modernization, embedded finance infrastructures, or enterprise operational transformation
- Strong expertise in digital payment optimization and sustainable-finance ecosystems
- Deep understanding of AI-powered infrastructure analytics and operational finance visibility frameworks
- Experience leading enterprise operational modernization initiatives
- Familiarity with cloud-native payment architectures and transaction scalability systems
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication capabilities
- GCC sustainability-finance ecosystem exposure highly advantageous
