This role is designed for a fintech strategist capable of building the financial infrastructure powering the future of agriculture and food commerce.

Strategic Mandate

To architect scalable agritech-fintech ecosystems integrating:

• Agricultural financing platforms
• Food supply chain payment systems
• AI-powered commodity risk intelligence
• Embedded rural financial services
• Real-time logistics and settlement infrastructures

Core Responsibilities

1. Agricultural Financial Infrastructure

• Design digital financing ecosystems supporting agricultural producers, suppliers, and food distribution networks
• Build scalable payment and invoicing systems for food supply chain operations
• Architect treasury infrastructures optimizing agricultural liquidity and seasonal capital allocation

2. AI-Powered Commodity & Risk Intelligence

• Develop predictive analytics systems monitoring commodity pricing, supply fluctuations, and operational risk exposure
• Build intelligent financing models leveraging production, logistics, and trade data
• Integrate machine learning into agricultural risk management and forecasting ecosystems

3. Embedded Rural & SME Finance

• Create accessible financial services for agricultural SMEs and rural commerce ecosystems
• Build digital onboarding and micro-financing infrastructures improving access to operational capital
• Design adaptive lending systems optimized for seasonal and production-based financial cycles

4. Strategic Ecosystem Partnerships

• Build financial connectivity across logistics providers, exporters, commodity platforms, and food commerce networks
• Collaborate with institutional stakeholders on agricultural modernization initiatives
• Expand intelligent financial infrastructures across emerging food and agritech ecosystems

Ideal Candidate

• 10–15 years in fintech, agricultural finance, supply chain operations, or embedded financial ecosystems
• Strong expertise in treasury systems, predictive analytics, and operational finance
• Experience managing complex financial ecosystems across large operational networks
• Strategic understanding of food commerce modernization and agricultural digitization trends
