This role is designed for a highly analytical fintech professional capable of transforming treasury data into predictive financial intelligence.

Mission Objective

To develop advanced backend analytics ecosystems supporting:

• Treasury intelligence operations
• Cross-border settlement monitoring
• Liquidity forecasting systems
• Multi-currency financial analytics
• Real-time operational finance reporting

Primary Responsibilities

1. Treasury Data Infrastructure

• Build backend financial data environments supporting treasury operations and institutional liquidity management
• Develop scalable pipelines aggregating transactional and settlement data from multiple banking systems
• Optimize treasury reporting infrastructures for speed, reliability, and scalability

2. Liquidity & Settlement Analytics

• Analyze real-time liquidity movement across international payment corridors
• Build analytical models monitoring settlement efficiency, treasury exposure, and transaction costs
• Develop dashboards supporting treasury visibility and operational forecasting

3. Operational Risk & Financial Intelligence

• Monitor backend financial systems for anomalies, operational inconsistencies, and settlement risks
• Build predictive reporting systems identifying liquidity bottlenecks and operational vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with treasury and compliance teams on risk mitigation strategies

4. Automation & Backend Optimization

• Develop automated reconciliation reporting and operational analytics workflows
• Improve backend query performance and financial reporting accuracy
• Support modernization initiatives surrounding cloud-native treasury analytics infrastructures

5. Strategic Financial Analytics

• Generate executive insights surrounding capital efficiency, settlement optimization, and treasury performance
• Support strategic planning initiatives using predictive financial intelligence
• Translate complex treasury data into actionable operational recommendations

Technical Requirements

• 6–12 years in fintech backend analytics, treasury data operations, settlement systems, or financial intelligence
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • SQL
  • Python
  • Financial data warehousing
  • Cloud analytics platforms
  • Data visualization systems
  • ETL pipeline engineering
  • Treasury reporting systems
• Experience working with:
  • Treasury operations
  • SWIFT or settlement infrastructures
  • Banking transaction systems
  • Multi-currency financial environments
  • Enterprise-scale data ecosystems

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with real-time streaming data systems
• Knowledge of liquidity forecasting and treasury optimization models
• Experience within institutional fintech or digital banking ecosystems
• Understanding of financial operations governance and audit analytics
