Core Responsibilities
Market Entry & Expansion Strategy
- Design and execute multi-country expansion roadmaps

- Identify strategic entry points (partnerships, acquisitions, licensing models)
Regulatory Strategy & Licensing
- Lead engagement with regulators, including:

- Financial supervisory authorities
- Secure licenses for:

- Develop regulatory compliance frameworks across jurisdictions
Cross-Border Payments & Financial Infrastructure
- Design strategies for cross-border payment optimization
