A confidential enterprise financial technology transformation programme is seeking an internationally accomplished Chief Director – Enterprise Digital Banking Transformation & Financial Innovation to provide executive leadership across strategic banking modernization, intelligent financial platforms, enterprise technology governance, customer-centric innovation, payment ecosystems, and long-term digital finance growth.
This prestigious executive appointment is intended for a visionary leader capable of orchestrating enterprise-wide transformation programmes that integrate artificial intelligence, cloud-native banking infrastructure, enterprise data intelligence, payment innovation, Open Banking, cybersecurity resilience, digital products, and customer experience into a unified strategic operating model.
The successful Chief Director will collaborate directly with Board members and executive leadership to establish the long-term direction of the organization while ensuring that innovation, operational excellence, financial sustainability, regulatory integrity, and technology investments remain fully aligned with enterprise objectives.

Executive Qualifications

Master’s degree or Doctorate in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline.

Minimum 20 years of progressive executive leadership within banking, fintech, or financial services.
