A confidential, high-impact financial technology transformation programme is seeking a visionary Chief Director – Enterprise FinTech Innovation & Digital Strategy to architect and execute the next generation of digital financial services across an advanced enterprise ecosystem.
This is a board-facing executive leadership appointment responsible for shaping enterprise-wide fintech strategy, driving intelligent digital transformation, modernizing banking capabilities, accelerating payment innovation, strengthening technology governance, and positioning the organization as a regional benchmark for financial innovation.
The successful executive will oversee multidisciplinary portfolios spanning AI-driven financial services, cloud-native banking platforms, enterprise architecture, digital customer ecosystems, data intelligence, cybersecurity governance, embedded finance, API economies, and strategic technology investments. This role requires a leader capable of balancing commercial ambition with technological excellence while ensuring operational resilience, regulatory readiness, and sustainable long-term growth.

Executive Qualifications
