THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an exceptionally forward-thinking Embedded Finance & Digital Ecosystem Strategist to design the strategic architecture behind the next generation of digitally integrated financial services.
The successful candidate will explore how financial capabilities can be seamlessly embedded into commerce, technology platforms, digital marketplaces and everyday customer experiencesโcreating financial products that operate naturally within the ecosystems customers already use.
This is a role for someone who sees fintech not as a collection of individual products, but as a connected financial infrastructure layer.
STRATEGIC MANDATE
You will be responsible for developing strategies across:
Embedded Payments
Identify opportunities to integrate payment capabilities directly into digital platforms, marketplaces and commercial ecosystems.
Financial APIs
Develop strategies for API-driven financial connectivity and scalable platform integration.
Digital Banking
Identify opportunities for digitally delivered financial products and services.
Ecosystem Development
Map strategic relationships between fintech platforms, merchants, technology providers and financial institutions.
Intelligent Finance
Assess opportunities to incorporate AI, predictive analytics and automation into embedded financial experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define long-term embedded-finance strategy.

Identify new fintech ecosystem opportunities.

Develop commercial and product strategies for API-enabled financial services.

Analyze customer journeys and identify points where financial services can be seamlessly integrated.

Evaluate payment and financial-infrastructure technologies.

Develop partnership and ecosystem-development frameworks.

Establish product-market and monetization models.

Analyze competitive fintech landscapes across GCC markets.

Work with technology teams to translate strategy into scalable platform requirements.

Develop executive business cases for new financial products.

Establish strategic KPIs and growth metrics.

Monitor emerging technologies capable of reshaping digital financial ecosystems.
