Lead the Creation of Tomorrow’s Financial Products
An ambitious fintech enterprise is searching for a forward-thinking Director of Fintech Product Innovation to spearhead the design, development, and commercialization of transformative digital financial products. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape customer experiences, drive product strategy, and accelerate innovation across a rapidly evolving financial ecosystem.
You will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and executive leadership to bring market-leading fintech solutions from concept to launch.
Strategic Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute long-term fintech product roadmaps.
- Identify new market opportunities through customer and competitive research.
- Lead ideation workshops and innovation programs.
- Prioritize initiatives based on commercial impact and customer value.
- Align product strategy with organizational objectives.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
- Establish success metrics and performance dashboards.
- Drive continuous product optimization through customer insights.
- Manage cross-functional product launches across multiple markets.
Leadership & Governance
- Mentor high-performing product teams.
- Present product strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agile delivery.
- Ensure products meet regulatory and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Product Management, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive product management experience, with at least 3 years in fintech or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated success launching complex digital products at scale.
