Position Summary
An award-winning fintech institution is expanding its Digital Lending division and is searching for a highly analytical Head of Digital Lending & Credit Analytics to revolutionize intelligent lending solutions through artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, behavioral scoring, and automated credit decisioning.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for developing innovative lending platforms that improve customer accessibility, optimize portfolio performance, and accelerate responsible financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital lending transformation programmes.

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of fintech or financial services experience.
