The Mission
Lead the analytical function responsible for improving credit intelligence through artificial intelligence, predictive modelling and large-scale financial data.
Responsibilities

Manage development and deployment of AI-driven credit analytics.

Lead teams working on predictive credit and customer-risk models.

Translate business objectives into measurable analytical solutions.

Establish model-performance monitoring and validation frameworks.
-
Analyze customer, transaction and repayment data to identify predictive signals.
-
Partner with product and credit teams to improve decision-making.
-
Establish analytical dashboards for portfolio performance and credit quality.
-
Conduct scenario analysis and model sensitivity assessments.
-
Identify opportunities for automation across credit processes.
-
Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Required Experience
-
7+ years in data science, credit analytics, fintech, banking or quantitative finance.

Strong experience with Python, SQL and statistical modelling.

Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics.

Understanding of credit risk and lending economics.
-
Experience managing technical or analytical teams.
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or a related field.

Performance will be assessed through model accuracy, decision efficiency, portfolio quality, automation levels and measurable improvements in credit outcomes.
