- Represent the organization at international fintech summits.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration.
- MBA, MSc, or Executive Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership experience in fintech, enterprise technology, AI, or financial services.
- Proven record of leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Outstanding commercial, strategic, and communication skills.
