An internationally expanding fintech organization is recruiting a highly accomplished Director – Executive Office & Strategic Initiatives to coordinate enterprise-wide strategic programs while serving as the central link between executive leadership and operational teams.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel at driving organizational alignment, managing complex initiatives, and ensuring strategic execution across fast-moving financial technology environments.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise strategic initiatives from planning through successful execution.
- Support executive leadership in organizational planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, and Operations.
- Develop executive dashboards and enterprise performance reporting.
- Monitor strategic milestones and organizational priorities.
- Lead governance activities supporting executive committees and leadership forums.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence reporting.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate organizational communication and executive engagement.
- Support mergers, partnerships, innovation programs, and enterprise transformation projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or related discipline.
- Experience in executive operations, corporate strategy, business transformation, consulting, or fintech leadership.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and executive presentation skills.
