- Lead diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational transformation programmes.
- Develop HR analytics and workforce intelligence dashboards.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Oversee HR governance, policy development, and employee relations.
- Mentor HR leadership teams while driving continuous organizational improvement.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Extensive leadership experience within fintech, banking, technology, or multinational organizations.
- Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and executive HR leadership.
- Professional HR certifications are highly desirable.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
