Position Summary
A leading financial technology enterprise is seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Director – Digital Banking Intelligence & Customer Analytics to redefine customer engagement through intelligent financial insights and advanced behavioural analytics.
The successful candidate will oversee enterprise customer intelligence initiatives, AI-driven personalization, predictive analytics, and strategic decision-support capabilities that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What You Will Lead
Customer Intelligence
- Design enterprise customer analytics strategy.
- Develop predictive behavioural models.
- Improve customer lifetime value.
- Optimize digital engagement initiatives.
Business Innovation
- Deliver executive insights supporting strategic growth.
- Improve personalization across digital platforms.
- Lead customer data governance initiatives.
- Drive innovation through financial intelligence.
Executive Collaboration
- Partner with product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Support enterprise innovation initiatives.
Professional Requirements
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
- 12+ years of relevant leadership experience.
- Strong fintech, banking, or analytics background.
- Exceptional communication skills.
