Position Summary
A leading fintech transformation programme is seeking an experienced Senior Director – FinTech Enterprise Transformation & Operational Excellence to lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives that enhance organizational agility, operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital innovation.
This executive role requires a strategic leader capable of aligning technology, operations, people, and governance to deliver sustainable growth across rapidly evolving financial markets.
